As the player is awakened to oblivious and chaotic circumstances after breaking out of the prison. Initially, the player is presented with a wrench tool as a melee weapon in order to survive and counter the terrors of the facility surrounding the player however as the game progresses
Weapons and Defense:
- Jacob happens to find a sci-fi gun with a limited amount of ammunition in the corridor of the prison facility. As the central theme of the game is survival the player must use the arsenal with vigilance in order to traverse the levels.
- Melee and the Sci-Fi gun are the two main weapons in the game, shooting in the game feels very satisfying, and the quick aim game mechanics of the game give excellent haptic feedback however, the melee attacks and the weapons at first give tremendous feedback to the player during the conflict but as the game progress, nothing new in terms of melee animations and the amount of damage it does becomes quite tedious after the midway of the game.
- The defense and dodge mechanics of the game are very simple and straightforward moving only right and left while the infected try to attack for such a modern and advanced game, overall making a half-baked element of the mechanics. The ability to grab and throw enemies is the only mechanic of the gameplay which feels great, satisfying, and rewarding.

Furthermore, the gameplay and the combat of the project felt great at first however as the story of the game progressed it became quite unvarying with the repetition of the same animations and game mechanics throughout the whole campaign of the game. Moreover, there are not many variations in the department of the zombies and the infected, and the game is too boring at some stages of the game.
